A beautiful 19 year old Carolyn Whitney Carter-Heller was crowned Miss U.S. Paradise 2010 or Miss US Virgin Islands 2010. She will represent the American Virgin Islands to compete in Miss World 2010 beauty pageant contest in Sanya, People's Republic of China on October 30.
A press conference to introduce Miss U.S. Paradise, Carolyn Whitney Carter-Heller, to the public will take place at 1 p.m., Friday, August 13 at Cyndee’s Models in The Isle Studio, No. 9 Princess Plaza.
