The beautiful 19 year old Francesca Testasecca was crowned as the new Miss Italy 2010 at the most traditional Italian beauty pageant held last Monday night September 13, in Salsomaggiore.
New beauty queen a professional model Francesca Testasecca was crowned by the 75 year-old actress Sophia Loren. And the runner-ups were Giulia Nicole Magro e Giulia Di Quinzio.
Miss Italy does not compete in any international pageants. Miss World and Miss Universe Italian representatives are chosen in two other national contests.
