Age: 26 | Height: 5’6″
Hometown: Ottawa, ON
Majd earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Illustration in 2009. She is currently a children’s illustrator, her body of work already includes 8 children’s books, with more in the works! She is well on her way in establishing herself as a prominent figure in the world of children’s illustration. She is also working on pursuing her other passion of Interior Design.
Maintaining a healthy active lifestyle is really important to her. She is a step instructor, and enjoys running, cycling, and indoor climbing. Other interests include traveling, photography, and of course spending time with her friends and family.
Majd believes that we are here to make a difference in this world. Breaking moulds and changing stereotypes is her way of leaving an imprint. Anything is possible once you put your mind to it.
This pageant will allow her to finally be able to make the change she’s always known she was meant to make in this world, on a bigger scale.
